Themeluesi - Lulzim
Lulzim has graduated at Philology Faculty in Prishtina’s University. His experience on managing non profit organizations such as MINGOS and 7arte, gave him the ability of a successful leadership.
As autodidact film director, he was awarded the best cameraman of the year 2004, by national television RTK. Until 2008, his career as a filmmaker, producer and scriptwriter gave many results not even in Kosovo but on the European level too. His experience as trainer on civil society sector, gave Lulzim the chance to meet business key peoples and work many video creative advertisements for them. He is very communicative and self motivated to achieve his objectives.

Business Developer - Fatos
Fatos graduated in Multimedia Technology at the University of Greenwich, London. His experience in media is related with voluntary work at YCTV. He has done freelance work at MTV, CNN, ITV, Channel 4 and the BBC News 24 center.
Fatos is very ambitious and creative on ideas and progressive concepts. Fatos has a wide range of experience working in multimedia, ranging from graphic design to filming and editing documentaries. He has acquired the necessary skills and knowledge working for clients who required a promotional package for their marketing campaign. This has been achieved by designing the firms website, filming and editing their promo campaign to designing posters to be displayed across their premises.
The motivation and desire comes from the success Fatos has achieved at University by choosing Nation Branding as his final year thesis, to brand Kosovo as a nation, and give Kosovo a new image to the world, this has been done, by going to Kosovo and researching the culture and the different places that could potentially attract tourism, pin pointing its values and its selling point.

Movie director - Kushtrim
Kushtrim is known as video editor and photographer. Currently, with the support of Multimedia, he is directing a documentary film about miners of Mitrovica.
He worked on several video projects made my international and local filmmakers. Kushtrim is skilful on technical things related to multimedia equipments. Kushtrim is creative and ambitious to develop further his capacities.

Marketing & Advertising - Enkeleda
Enkeleda has been studying the marketing and advertising field for the last five years; she currently holds a BA degree and plans to take further studies and experience specialising in the advertising industry.
Her main aim is to come up with ideas and implement them in the best way possible.
Enkeleda got her name on the book "The Good Hotel Guide" as a researcher. She also has been working for the "Transport" magazine company

Production consultant - Valdrin
The brains behind all the major horror films. Valdrin started getting known as filmmaker when he made his first horror film “Lugati” and later with a video music for a local rap group. Currently he is shooting a short video promotion for Trollhatan, a small city in Sweden where he is studding the Swedish language.

Creative Director - Marigona
Marigona currently studying at Metropolitan University has been introduced to the disciplones of 3D and textiles but it was Graphic Design that really intrigued her during my first year of studying the Degree. She worked on a children's book illustration and design project and got really interested in the relationship between words and images. However, she felt that although creating characters and illustratuions based on a story she had written was a profound experience it was not particularly what she wanted to do in the future. It is mostly the communication of a message she found fascinating and had the opportunity to explore that further in the end of the first year when she specialised in Graphics and looked at layout and typography.
